Hi Dennis. I attach a couple of pictures of my
new 124 Pro that was built, painted and covered by Mike Vascellaro. The plane
was built great but the covering job is the best that I have ever
seen. The plane is powered by a DA 200 which I can't say enough
about. I am using 2 in 1 headers and KS 95 rear exhaust cans with a
Mejlik 3 blade 29x12N prop and tru turn 5 1/2" ultimate style spinner.
|
|
The radio is a JR 12X with DSMX and I am using the
Power Box Royal Spektrum with 3 Duralite 5200 mah batteries, 2 for
the Power Box and 1 for ignition. I am using JR 8911HV servos all
around with SWB arms. Graphics were done by Dennis Kirby. A big
thanks to all and to you Dennis for giving us another winner. This one
might be the best yet.

Here are some pictures of my new 43% 260 that I have been
flying in 2010. The 43% 260 is absolutely awesome. I can't
say enough about it. This plane will be my primary
IMAC
plane for 2010 but it also 3D's very well. It was built,
covered and painted by our friend and master builder Brian
Hueffmeier (thank you very much Brian for a perfect plane)
and graphics are from Kirby's Graphics.
|
|
It is powered by a DA 170 on KS
95 cans using a Mejzlik 3 blade 29-12N prop. I am using
all JR equipment - 2.4 12x, 8711's on all control surfaces
- 2 on each aileron, 1 on each elevator half, 2 on the rudder
and an 8411 on throttle. I am using a Power Box Spekturm
which has a JR 1221 Rx built in. The batteries are all 4900
mah Duralites - 2 for the rx and 1 for the ignition
with regulators built into the power box.
|
|
I have my
CG a little further
back then we spoke about about, 4 1/4" from the leading edge at the
tip.
As with all my
Carden's, they always exceed expectations. Thank you as always for support
when needed and for providing us with such a superior product.

I have been
been meaning to send you pictures of the 40% 260 that I flew last year.
I am now flying a 43% 260 that I will send you those pictures soon.
Please add the attached pictures to your website and my gallery.
|
|
The 40% 260 was
built, covered and painted by Tom Mikalauskus (thank you very much Tom for a
perfect plane) and all graphics are from Kirby's Graphics. It is powered by
a DA 150, uses all JR equipment - 2.4 12x, 8611's on all control surfaces - 2
on each aileron, 1 on each elevator half, 3 on the rudder and an 8411 on
throttle. |
|
The
Rx is a 2.4 JR 1222
and the batteries are all 4900mah Duralites - 2 for the rx and 1 for the
ignition with JR regulators. I flew the plane all last year in numerous
IMAC contests and enjoyed it very much. As with all my Cardens,
they always exceed expectations. Thank you as always for support when
needed and for providing us with such a superior product.

Dennis and Caroline
As we discussed I flew my new 260
today and you have done it once again. I know the 260 has been out for
awhile but I finally got mine in the air. The plane has been sitting in my
house since December waiting for a day nice enough to fly. Finally got one
today and while it wasn't perfect and despite 25-30 mph winds I did the
maiden flight today and it was excellent. Pictures are attached |
|
The plane was built, covered and
painted by Brian Hueffmeier. He did a phenomenal job with the artwork and
paint work. Also, believe it or not, I did not have to add one single click
of up, down, left or right trim to get the plane to fly straight and level.
Awesome.
As with all my 40% Cardens, the
plane is powered by a DA 150 using MTW cannisters.I have JR 8611's with SWB
arms all around, 2 on each aileron, 1 on each elevator and 3 on the rudder in
a direct push pull set up. I am using 2 JR synthesizer receivers and 3
Duralite batteries with regulators, one 2900 mah on ignition and two 4000 mah,
1 for each Rx. |
|
Graphics are by Dennis Kirby,
thanks Dennis. I am looking forward to flying it again later in the week
Thanks Dennis and Caroline again for
a great product and excellent support and a big thank you to Brian Hueffmeier
for his craftmanship and for building a great plane.

I am on a roll. I attach some
pictures of my "new" Edge that I have been flying this season. This Edge
replaced one exactly like it that unfortunately did not make it into this
year. |
|
I have been flying the Edge this year along with my Extra and
finally got around to sending these pictures. As with all my Cardens, the
Edge is powered by a DA 150, it has 4 8611's on ailerons, 2 8611's on the
elevators, and 3 8611's on rudder using a SWB tray. The ignition pack is a
SR 2200 MAH and the 2 JR 945 Rx's use SR 3000 MAH packs.
|
|
The plane was built and painted by Tom Mikalauskas, covered by Pastor Rick
Arrowood and the graphics are from Kriby's Kustom Vinyl Graphics. The wings
and stabs are protected by WIng Bags by Caroline and they work. Thank you
all for a great job.
|
|
I have thoroughly enjoyed flying this plane which can do precision and 3D
equally good.
|
|
Once again thank you and Caroline
for a great product.

Hi how are you.
I attach a few pictures of my new Red Extra 330 that I
have been flying this season. |
|
The plane was built by Ron Kahl, covered by the incomparable Pastor Rick
Arrowood, painted by Bill Cline and the graphics are from Dennis Kirby. The
wings and tail group are of course protected by Wing Bags by Caroline. My
thanks to all for a phenomenal flying airplane. The plane has 125 flights on
it and does everything from precision to 3D.
|
|
As with all my other Carden planes, it is powered by a DA-150, uses SR
batteries for power with a 4 cell 2200mah pack on ignition and 2 RX packs
each 5 cell 3000mah. I am using 2 JR 8611's on each aileron and 1 JR 8611 on
each elevator half. I have an 8411 on throttle and 2 Futaba 5301's for
rudder which uses the Sure Link system. I am using 2 JR 945 Dual Conversion
Receivers and a Don Harris smoke system. |
|
The first flight for the airplane
was on April 2, 2006 and I finally got around to sending you the pictures.
|
|
Thank you again for providing me and the giant scale community with a great
product. Tony Bonanno |

I attach some
pictures of my new Edge 540. As with my other Carden 40% planes, I
am using a DA-150 for power with two JR 8411's on each aileron, one 8411
on each elevator half, two 5301's on the pull-pull rudder and a 4131 for
the throttle. I am using a redundant system with 2 SR 3000 MAH for
the 2 JR940 receivers and 2 switches. The ignition uses an SR 2200
MAH and a Harris
pump for smoke. The plane has 17 flights on it with the first
flight on 9/22/02. The plane was built by Ron Kahl, covered by
Pastor Rick and painted by Bill Kline. Thanks guys for a great
plane. Caroline, I am using your wingbags and they are excellent.

10x with 2 940 receivers and 3000 MAH SR packs, ignitions uses a 2200
MAH pack, 6 8411's are used on the ailerons and elevator and the rudder
uses two 3801's for the pull/pull system using SWB arms. Harris
pump is used for the smoke
system. The plane flies great. Does all the 3D maneuvers.
As always, Carden is the only way to go.
