2013 British NATs.

Hi Dennis & Caroline,

How are things with  you both?  We are good over here in Northern Ireland, had out best summer in years so plenty of flying this year.  We have been busy at various IMAC comps this season, I competed in 5 total, 2 locally and 3 over on the UK mainland.  I was very pleased to take 1st in Unlimited at all those events.  The trusty 126" Extra 300 is still flying superbly and looks fresh as ever.  That's it's 4th season and I'm still using the same servos, the DA 200 is really easy on the airframes and components!!

I was most proud of my win at the BMFA IMAC Nationals two weeks ago, it was a close competition with the standard being at an all time high, I took the win and that makes 4 Unlimited titles in a row with the 126"!!.  Really pleased with that, makes all the efforts worthwhile!

Thanks for all your help throughout the years, we have made a good start on the new PRO, should be flying early spring 2014!

Attached are some pictures from the NATS.

Hi Dennis/Caroline,

I hope your well? I just thought I’d drop you a line to tell you some good news! Last weekend my Dad and I travelled over to the British IMAC Nationals, this is the biggest comp in the UK IMAC scene and is held over 3 days at RAF Barkston Heath. It was the competition debut for our new 43% Extra 300, despite the 25mph + crosswinds all weekend, at one point it was 40mph and they had to postpone the flying, the new plane performed faultlessly and I was very proud to come out on top of the pile to become British National IMAC Champion in Unlimited and overall British National Brietling Cup Champion, even managing to win it with a full round to spare!

It is nice for Carden to have two of their aircraft at the top of their respective classes in opposite sides of the world, with Kurt winning the USA Nats and myself the British Nats, a testament to your design!
